Our laser filter screens provide precise melt filtration for plastic recycling and extrusion lines. Made from high-grade specialty alloys with dedicated surface treatment, they combine wear resistance, long service life and consistent filtration performance.
Available for EREMA®, FIMIC®, Altech®, Ettlinger® and MAS® systems, these screens meet the needs of demanding polymer processing applications.
A Wide Range of Filtration Options
We supply screens with conical laser-drilled openings from 90 to 400 µm and plate thicknesses 1,5 mm. Each opening widens from the contaminated melt side towards the clean side, helping contaminants clear more easily, reducing backpressure and limiting clogging. This geometry supports steady throughput and longer screen service life.
Suitable for a variety of polymers, our screens help maintain end-product quality and efficient extrusion. They can undergo multiple pyrolysis cleaning cycles, with cleaning guidelines provided with every screen.
