We manufacture die plates for plastic recycling and pelletizing systems from various brands. Each plate is produced from a technical drawing, sample or precise dimensions of the original part, taking into account the processed polymer, line output and required pellet size.
Accurate hole geometry and a precisely machined working surface support uniform melt flow, stable cutting and consistent pellet quality. Our die plates are made from wear-resistant steels and can be supplied with the required perforation pattern, mounting holes and custom configuration.
