Melt Filter Screens for Altech® Systems
We supply laser-drilled filter screens for Altech® melt filtration systems used in plastic recycling and pelletizing lines. The screens provide consistent melt filtration, helping maintain stable line output and finished-product quality.
Made from wear-resistant specialty alloys with a treated working surface, the screens feature conical laser-drilled openings that widen from the contaminated melt side toward the clean side. This design supports easier contaminant removal, lower backpressure and reduced clogging risk.
Different filtration grades and configurations are available for Altech® filter systems. Suitable for PE, PP, PET and other polymers, the screens can undergo several pyrolysis-cleaning cycles when the recommended cleaning procedure is followed.
